The Genesis of Ruby Red Eyes
The spark for Ruby Red Eyes ignited when I first explored the mystical tombs alongside Lara Croft in the classic Tomb Raider game. The desire to create a robust female character—one that could not only grace the canvas of T-shirts and hoodies but eventually leap into the haunting pages of a graphic novel—took root within me.
But let’s not get too far ahead of ourselves. Right now, the focus is on the tangible, the wearable, and the expressive. T-shirts and hoodies provide the perfect canvas to introduce you to Ruby Red Eyes.

The Tale of Ruby Red Eyes
Now, let me introduce you to Ruby Red Eyes, a character born from the shadows and woven into the fabric of tragedy and rebirth. Once known as Ruby Redd, she was the beloved daughter of Solomon (Sol) and Claudia (Dee) Redd. Her life took a sinister turn when, on her 15th birthday, a psychopathic serial killer known as Bone Bag brutally ended her existence.
But the story doesn’t end there.
Exactly five years after her murder, Ruby Red Eyes emerges from the grave at the stroke of midnight. Imagine waking up on your own burial site, the world changed, and your parents gone. That’s the bewildering reality Ruby faces.
As she attempts to find her way home, the supernatural intervenes. Ruby becomes the vessel for shadow people—ethereal spectres who reveal her purpose and gift her supernatural powers, turning her eyes a mesmerizing ruby red. Thus, Ruby Redd transforms into Ruby Red Eyes, embarking on supernatural adventures that transcend the boundaries between life and death.
The Artistic Journey Continues
But that’s not the end of the story. I’m currently immersed in creating a series of artworks featuring different interpretations of Ruby Red Eyes and her malevolent adversary, Bone Bag.
These artworks will soon be released as limited edition prints on T-shirts and hoodies, and I can hardly wait to share them with all of you.
