DELIVERY

This product is made-to-order. It will take between 15 to 20 days to produce, quality check and ship to UK based customers. International shipping might take longer depending on location.

Once you order this item I will then open a production ticket with my ‘clothier’ to produce the garment. Once the item has been knitted, it will be sent to me in the UK for final quality control checks. Finally, I will send you your tracking information as soon as I have shipped your order to you.

Please check your “Etsy Dispatch by Date” (EDD) as this is the ‘latest’ date that I always try to meet. I will always let you know if delays past the EDD are likely and if I need an extension, for example; at the lead up to Halloween or Christmas time.
